Home Made Hommus

Home Made Hummus

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Artemis Tahini
- 1 can (425g) Chickpeas (drain & place liquid in small bowl)
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 Tbsp sour cream
- 3/4 Tsp ground cummin
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt

Method:
1. Mince garlic to make 2 Tbsp

2. Add ingredients into a food processor adding Chickpea liquid in small amounts to achieve desired consistency

Makes approx 500g, 8 x 65g serve; 87 calories per serve).

Enjoy with Johnsof Wheat & Whole wheat crackers & rusks!
