How do I cancel or change an order?
Made a mistake while ordering? No worries. You can cancel or change your order before it leaves our warehouse. Just call us on (03) 9462 0177, or email us at sales@crownimports.com.au . Our sales team will be more than happy to help you change or cancel your order.
How do I return an item(s)?
If you find that you're unhappy with an item you've purchased from us, we have a hassle-free returns policy as well as a dedicated support team to make everything right for you. Simply contact us and we can sort everything out. Please note that no credits or refunds can be given without first speaking to a Crown Imports representative. Opened or consumed food and beverages are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Where is my order?
When you place an order online with Crown Imports, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive another email with a tracking number that you can use to track your order on its journey to your doorstep. If you think there might be an issue, feel free to contact us via email at sales@crownimports.com.au, or give us a call on (03) 9462 0177.
How much will shipping cost me?
All shipping is automatically calculated at checkout according to your postcode. Our system calculates the weight and dimensions of all the products in your cart to give you the best possible price with our courier.
Where can Crown Imports deliver my order?
We ship to residential homes all over Australia! That said, sometimes our couriers cannot offer door to door delivery for more remote areas - in this case, your goods will be left at the nearest local post office for safekeeping until you're ready to pick them up. We are also happy to deliver to your workplace: just make sure you include your business name to make sure your order arrives promptly.
How long does delivery take?
In the metro areas of Adelaide, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, you can expect your standard delivery order within 1-3 business days of your order leaving our warehouse. If you are just outside the metro areas or in large towns, it can take another day or two for your order to get to you. Deliveries further afield may take a week (and occasionally more) from the time of dispatch.
Am I able to pay for an order, but have it sent to somebody else's address?
That's not a problem at all - just make sure you include the recipient's name, address, and phone number in your delivery notes and we will organise the parcel to be sent there.
Are you able to deliver to PO Boxes?
Our couriers unfortunately don't deliver to PO Boxes, however if you contact us via email sales@crownimports.com.au or call (03) 9462 0177 we can arrange a customised delivery for you to your PO Box.
Do you offer further discounts for bulk buyers?
If you are looking to place a large order with us for a function or get together etc. Or if you are a wholesaler/retailer, please contact us directly to discuss bulk order pricing, our customer service team will do there best to help you with your order.
What happens if my goods are damaged in transit?
In the event you receive goods that are damaged or faulty, please contact us and we will refund the value of the damaged goods. We reserve the right to require proof that the goods were damaged or faulty. Please note no refunds will be issued without first talking to a Crown Imports representative.
